      Pros

      Most of the team were incredibly talented and hard working, although most seem to have left now.

      Cons

      Inexperienced founder is completely dysfunctional. Scatterbrained and incapable of basic logical reasoning. Piggybacks off the (admittedly great) vision of ealier employees, but now with no execution or strategy at all. All CEOs have areas they're strong in, and areas they're not, which is to be expected. However the good ones know their strengths and don't micromanage their way through every bit of work that goes on, destroying any progress and switching plan every couple of days. Even has the temerity to try and control engineering and operational matters despite being one of the least technical and organised people in the company.

      Do NOT take a job without doing your due diligence

      Pros

      The pay is so so. Although, that only applies to new hires.

      Cons

      Whatever you do, do NOT take a job here without contacting a few people that have left the company in the last couple of years to get some honest feedback. You will be sold the dream, aggressively. It's easy to be lured in. All I'll say is take the time to find those on LinkedIn and ask them why they left/were fired. You'll find that every word of the other negative review here is true.

      Gaslighting and manipulating management style

      Pros

      Used to have a nice office in WeWork but after a round of firings/notices we moved to a smaller office.

      Cons

      - No work life balance - No sense of gratitude from CEO even after working 50+ hour weeks - Little sense of direction - Poor team culture due to everyone feeling as though they could be fired tomorrow.
