very alienated from rest of company if you're not in Finland or US culture is more of a myth than an actuality some departments seemed to get more promotions than others, not great career pathing for development no actions on yearly personal development plans made 60% of workforce redundant whilst giving pay rise's to others and hiring new employees at the same time
