Pros

The only pro: flexible remote working and birthday extra day off.

Cons

No medical cover, no life insurance, no mobile phone, no company credit card (so you will have to pay yourself for hotels and stuff to then expense it), no home broadband reimbursed or even part refunded unless you live 100 miles away from the office. No visibility of your career progression

Scam, incompetent Leadership (All are like Mafia)

Pros

Great product. Remote work option, you can move to Sydney if you lost long. They hire you fast, talk to you with a smily face.

Cons

Where do I even start? If you’re considering working here, do yourself a favour and don’t. Here’s a snapshot of my personal experience: 1. Leadership = Old Boys’ Club The top leaders are long-time friends from a previous company. Loyalty here isn’t earned, it’s inherited through friendships. They protect each other at all costs, even when it’s at the expense of the business or their team. 2. Revolving Door Culture Hiring and firing is treated like a hobby. Job security is non-existent, and people are let go on a whim. Don’t bother settling in, you might be gone before your email signature is set up. 3. Shockingly Incompetent Management Even senior leaders struggle with basic business communication. Emails full of grammar errors, poor articulation, and vague directions are the norm. It’s hard to believe these people are running anything. 4. Fake Credibility, Bought Praise To justify their international “business” trips, they beg for reviews from friends and relatives on social and professional platforms. It’s all about appearances, not performance. 5. Zero Growth for Outsiders Unless you’re part of the inner circle, don’t expect recognition or advancement. Talented people are blocked or pushed out if they don’t align with personal agendas. 6. Favoritism Runs Deep Forget meritocracy. If you’re in the inner circle, you get away with anything. They praise each other, cover for each other, and enjoy perks the rest of the team doesn’t even know exist. Bottom Line: Toxic culture, clueless leadership, and no future unless you’re part of their clique. If you value your career, sanity, or self-respect, look elsewhere.

Pros

Great team environment across all global offices as everyone has the shared view of success across a very exciting target market. Hugely talented organisation that is backed by a management team that knows our market inside and out!

Cons

Growing pains! Nothing more! We are still a young organisation, and our processes will develop and transform as we grow.
