HR has been with the company for over five years, and many of us have had the opportunity to work closely with them. The management team is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, which is reflected in the long tenure of many employees. If the management lacked empathy, it's unlikely that people would choose to stay here for so many years. We have never encountered any caste-related issues within the company. Our workplace is characterized by a friendly atmosphere, supportive management, and open communication channels, ensuring that everyone can participate in decision-making processes.
