    Great place to work, challenging, rewarding projects, on site campus parking, restaurant and Costa coffee shop.

    Cons

    None, except perhaps the location - requires commuting to Farnborough (Though company bus pick up and drop to/from local rail station makes it easier).

    Pros

    Friendly, team-oriented atmosphere in which to work. Working on projects means that you change teams and assignments often, which I find such refreshing.

    Cons

    The nature of the industry is that redundancies are likely during downturns. Graduate training is unstructured, constrained by project requirements.
