      Can't WFH if needed, but don't regard this as a major con as they always cater for my needs.

      Great place to work with exciting career growth opportunities

      Pros

      A great place to work with great people. There is strong focus on collaboration and the business has some ambitious growth ideas which is very exciting to be a part of.

      Cons

      Some challenges with transition to a remote first culture but there are some great initiatives in place to tackle that.
