The company gives a great deal of freedom and values independence and self-organization of work. The business model is quite interesting. The people and the working atmosphere is very good! The old CEO has not been a case anymore since I joined, so I know him only from stories. The new one is a great guy!

Cons

There is a certain technological debt in many places, but people are working hard to reduce it. Meetings in the afternoons.
