Remote work mostly because hybrid was never enforced.
Cons
New Management. Lack of appreciation. Bonus structure non-existent even when they claim it is merit based. Only care you are billing maximum to ensure money goes in their pockets and dont acknowledge those who contribute to the firm. Nepotism HUGE in firm causing resentment for those who really do all the hard work while nepo kids skate by making more or acknowledged for doing minimal work only because they are related to management. HUGE TURNOVER.
