Pros

- Decent pay - Remote first company which does give flexibility

Cons

- Lack of transparency - NO culture or clear values - company principles that are spoken about, but are based on an Amazon/Netflix style brand, feels disconnected for the size and stature of the company - Lack of empathy - Lots of redundancies - No performance plans/development plans/zero direction for growth

- Remote, asynchronous way of working which gives you flexibility - Good pay

Cons

- No structure, seem to just be winging it - No ownership from leaders if things have/are going wrong... It's pushed downwards - Lack of transparency - No culture - No sense of job security, people always looking over their shoulders and asking if things are okay - Lack of diversity and representation
