Excellent name with the specifiers- opens doors- great for networking.

Cons

Low basic salary, constantly shifting goalposts with regard to commission payouts and requirements. CRM requirements are exhausting.

Canteen with coffee/tea facilities provided, free parking

Cons

Micromanagement from office manager and poor culture. Although, not sure if same staff are still there as it's been a number of years since, hopefully have improved.
