I have been working at Ford Credit full-time

    Pros

Everyone is very friendly, they give you enough time to settle in and expect the odd mistake. Great gateway to the finance industry due to the amount of training and support you receive.

    Pros

Modern office, convenient location, excellent training

    Cons

I decided to give a try even if I knew the reviews were bad on Glassdoor. It was a big mistake! Managers are mean, they don't care how people perform but only if they get along well with them. No meritocrazy, delayed payments, management takes 0 responsability. Stay away
