Toxic culture prevails, rotten leadership - Senior Product Manager Ford Credit Employee Review

Utterly toxic environment. The good leaders get disappeared with little to no explanation. The employees that leave themselves are immediately blamed. The yes men and women remain and are protected. Structural challenges are completely ignored despite the PMs and engineers constantly raising them. There is a culture of fear, many of my colleagues have been shouted down in the office, and now refuse to contribute much in more public meetings. I honestly don't know how the bad leaders are so well protected and the good ones leave or disappear.
