      Dreadful company, pointless product. You can get for free as it is opensource.

      Cons

      Don’t ever think of working on sales for this company. If you ever try and leave they will claw back every penny you ever earns in commission. Fight them and they will take you to court. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in 39 years.

      Pros

      The engineering atmosphere is great. Lots to learn, lots of flexibility. Mobbing, pairing, all things auth. Engineers are given a lot of freedom and they rely in our criteria. It is easy to chose what one wants to do and there is a lot of mobility. There is a lot of collaboration and open discussion, and everyone has an opinion. Sharing and learning from each other is always a first. There are lots of social activities too, and everyone is very approachable and welcoming. Conflicts are dealt with straightaway in general, and it is easy to know what is going on all the time - management shares what is going on all the time

      Cons

      If you like working in isolation, or have a hard time taking responsibilities quickly (nothing wrong with either of them!), then this may not be your place. Constant pairing, conflict solving, openly discussing everything and being proactive is always expected from a forgerocker.

      Fantastic culture, very social and fun place to be in Lots of parties and events, free food and drinks Great set of people to work with Excellent location, flexible working Clients are the who's who of the corporate world Lots of support if you need it

      Cons

      Nothing major, you start off with 24 days annual holidays, where as I've always had 25 or 28 days in previous jobs.
