Pros

Great work culture, young office. Very fast promotion if you knuckle down and do your work hard. Excellent rewards for those who perform! Offered full training and support weekly.

Cons

The odd communication barrier between Serbia/Turkey as there is currently no retention department in UK yet, but otherwise all is great!

They literally teach you how to sell stuff over the phone which is literally harder than face to face sales conversations.

Cons

Too much working, getting paid less. Also, supervisors are manipulative and stress you out way too often.
