I said the project is cool, but it is also really complex. Preventing the talent to run away from the company is not their priority, the company is focused in hiring instead of making a real growth (company was faster with 20 workers than now with 110+). Management layer has totally swallowed the working ambiance and it has become complicated to work there at the moment.

Unclear job expectations, lack of clarity and transparency across the company and lack of management alignment decision. Promotions and internal moves are decided unilaterally whereas good talent is fired with no previous and specific feedback shared with them. Performance is not really measured. You will do well in the company if you know the right people and are willing to use that influence. Recommendation: put a stop to people using their influence to do what they want.
