Everything about foundation laboratory is terrible. The pay is extremely low for the amount of work that is required of each employee. Upper management is extremely unprofessional and use their position to make working there extremely uncomfortable. Leads are deviant and shady. It's a family own lab so only family will hold higher paid titles, no room for advancement except where people quit. The turn around for this company is extremely high, being that everyone is expendable and not worth anything to the company. Favoritism is a must in order to excel in this facility. Majority of the PSC and run down and unkept because of the family's excessive need to buy expensive personal items... Cars, homes, clothes, etc. Raises are rare to come by and if so it's about two years in for a few extra cents on your paycheck. Over all foundation lab is a start for experience but nothing more. If you absolutely need a job then I can see working here if you can wait a few more weeks or a month to land a better job I would recommend that.
