- every single employee is empowered to make decisions that will help to further the business - there's a great opportunity to learn on the job and gaining a lot of responsibility from day 1 - senior managers don't believe in micro-management and have a relationship with staff based on trust - the whole business is one big team, with everyone willing to help out - feedback and comments are taken onboard quickly and without judgement - some great perks such as free lunches and travel reimbursement - I love being able to learn from really talented people with start-up experience - very transparent with staff on everything, including company financials

Cons

- product still needs some development, but applies to all tech businesses
