      Good start for freshers with Decent salary who are looking Chittagong based Jobs

      -Decent salary(If you compare Chittagong based) -Very little workload -If your team is good enough then toxicity will feel less

      Cons

      -No career opportunities -No self development -Environment is too much toxic -They will take you for one role and you will be responsible for others also. -No in time yearly salary review -Almost 10-12 hours office time -Without salary there is no other facilities -You will get your salary after half of the month have passed -No credit or appreciation for your work. -No program or festival nothing. Just work and work
