Fraser employs major account executives who have both industry experience and knowledge needed to handle larger clients’ needs. As with many entry-level positions, high turnover can happen. But with Fraser's outstanding Sales Training program, all new sales representatives can be highly successful in our company. This is evidenced by two rookie reps earning their way into the President’s Club during their first year with the company. While that isn’t the “norm” for new reps, our training program certainly shows it can be done. Finally, 98% of our sales reps report that they are actively engaged with and happy within our sales structure. We're sorry your experience at Fraser was not a positive one. Hybrid schedules are still available and are determined by department managers. Our benefits package provides a comprehensive suite of services including medical, dental and vision insurance. Fraser is proud to have held benefit costs in check and not raised employee contributions in more than 8 years.
