Pros

An opportunity to work with talented and amazing people. Remote work is fully supported. An open and transparent leadership team that encourages development and growth. Plenty of room for advancement.

Cons

Start-ups can be challenging, requiring you to wear many hats. It's a great opportunity to learn new skills and challenge yourself but it is not for everybody.
