Pay was decent. Product excellent. Owners wife is nice

Cons

Everything else. Over controlling management micromanages you to death. Employees are all unhappy and there is no socializing whatsoever. Expect to work late and even some weekends...but guaranteed you will still do something wrong. Owner seriously thinks he’s GOD and you are continually battered mentally. It’s really sad...family members have come in and they are unhappy as well. It’s a shame.

Except for a paycheck, and or internship so there is experience on your resume, there are none.

Cons

A typical day includes the owners screaming obscenities at the top of their lungs. No respect for employees whatsoever. I don't think anyone makes it past 90 days...

I needed five words to post this. This should work...

This is far from a "sour grapes" review; this is the warning that I got from previous employees. This should be a fantastic place to work. It's not. It's abusive, has a bad vibe...it's just not a good place. Without reading the reviews on glass door, just look at how many there are. Now understand there's only 7-8 people who actually work there....that's a lot of reviews. My conservative guess is that turn over is around 350-400%. Yes, that's right. With a few notable exceptions, expect tenure to be in months or even weeks. Understand that all communications will be monitored and recorded. Most of the building is video taped. You will feel as if you're taking part of some kind of psychological experiment. You have been warned. I am 100% confident that any Glassdoor review you read which is positive is planted.
