      This review was written by a former employee who was terminated for cause. We recognize as a company that our reputation is everything, and we have very strong values and ethics. This is just one of the reasons we were awarded Baltimore Magazine's Top Workplaces for 2016. We provide annual ethics training to all of our employees, and we give additional ethics training to our managers. If any manager ever did the things alleged by this former employee he or she would be immediately terminated.

      Pros

      Small company with prime contracts. Management truly cares about employees. Great benefits and there are a lot of social activities with co-workers. I enjoy the work I do and feel important.

      None. Any cons can be discussed with managers and they are fixed.

      Good pay, lots of travel, very generous with bonus

      Cons

      Poor onboarding, lack of structure, and clarity. They tend to see every introduced software concept outside of their comfort zone as unnecessary complexity. To rebalious to software industry standands it hurting their software quality. They are not fund best practices like testing, working with design patterns, telemarty, and documentation and so on.
