Dynamic and fast moving company for driven individuals

Pros

This company is a great place for people who want career advancement and are driven. Several of my peers started off in Customer Care and made the jump to Management. There is a good culture in the company and great camaraderie between co-workers. This is one of the few companies that I have worked for where co-workers actually enjoy time after work together. You are also given opportunity to learn new skills and take on new challenges. C-level executives are also accessible which is something that I value. Overall this is one of the companies that I enjoyed working at the most.

Great company to work for and includes many benefits. Just a sample: 1. Free Diddy Riese cookies from Mason Chu! 2. Get to sit in the same room as Stokols! 3. Free Life Coach lessons from Jit himself! 4. Got the munchies? Tim's got you covered!

Cons

Stokol's isn't there everyday. Aliens abound.

Pros

Great coworkers, most of which are very open to sharing their knowledge and helping you develop your skills. Quickly growing company with no signs of slowing down allows for working on projects that have a real impact on the business. Management teams encourage creativity and give you the freedom to implement your own ideas while providing guidance when needed or requested. Definitely a result-oriented management style. New office in a lively location with rooftop patio, right next to UCLA, with employee parking passes for all staff (goes a long way in this area). Team knows how to party as hard as they can work, very solid!

Cons

Traffic to and from is what you would expect in LA. The kitchen can get a little messy at times.
