Cons

Lazy, entitled co workers, very little training, disrespectful and unprofessional production supervisors. Management is a joke as is HR. Unrealistic expectations, 6 days a week 9 or 10 hours a day. Not a good place to work if you enjoy being with your family on the weekends. Expect to be yelled at one your first day!

As many hours as you can fathom. Decent pay.

Cons

You’ll be treated as a number not an employee or person. HR is so bad it’s to the point where a person got S.A.’d and they just dealt with it rather than speak with HR there. You could get permanent lung damage from chlorine spills.

- pay is consistent but depends on experience level how much you will start with.

Cons

-6-7day weeks minimum. - No set schedule making it hard to plan personal things. -Frown upon culture to those hired from outside and not promoted from within. - Inconsistent goals and no metrics to track progress - Lots of machine issues with leadership that does not help or understand.
