      Pay, flexible hours, good product trials.

      Cons

      Management are totally clueless and lazy. They have absolutely no sympathy for people when struggling. They are simply just incompetent. Strong bullying culture throughout the entire company.. considering it is Louis Vuitton it is absolutely NOT luxury for either its staff nor guests. Hated every moment. Would not recommend to anyone. The entire company prides itself on being a “family” but that is the last thing this place is. Avoid at all costs - it all seems nice at the beginning but suddenly goes terribly wrong and you're stuck trying to find another workplace.

      Nice gratis and the team on counter are really lovely... products are okayish ... you sort of learn what’s good and what’s not.

      Cons

      Upper management cause a lot of problems ... ended up leaving because of this ... constant bombardment of unnecessary rubbish ... always going on that it’s a family !!! Well if it was a family then it’s the most unstable family I’ve ever known ...there is a strong bullying culture from top management down the line ... no matter what your position is ... you are made to feel uncomfortable.
