The company is growing far too quickly to support. Choosing people that aren’t fit to run a business. Working long hours towards the 80+ sometimes. Stores are not being supported in ways they require to be successful. This company loves to cut corners and not follow food safety and health & safety standards. Extremely high turnover internally. Recently a very large number of people are no longer working for the company, most were randomly let go? Employees not trained properly and not developed. Promoting individuals quickly due to lack of person in leadership role and development plans. Culture is fake and very cliquey felt very uncomfortable a lot of the time. A lot of people complain about the company choices and CEOs intentions. Horrible communication internally, hardly knew what was going in in various departments.

This company has recently laid off a number of very good people. There could be a larger strategy or goal here, but their communicated reasoning of "restructuring" is reading as inauthentic. This has resulted in a company that is too scared of being let go to try anything, create something new, or ultimately realize their incredible potential.
