No pros to share whatsoever - terrible firm.

Cons

- London Management are out for themselves and only the staff they like - They will stab you in the back any opportunity they get and make your life misery - Salaries are minimal - Overload you with work to the point you want to leave rather than them have to pay out any money to you - The London office manager will be two faced and talk about you behind your back - The London office manager will also be extremely embarrassing, rude, unprofessional and behave inappropriately when drinking at work events.
