- Oppressive and toxic workplace - No growth opportunity for an earnest employee - All levels of management take credit for ideas and work done by subordinates - Very poor engineering and leadership skills among leads and management - Company owners have a contemptuous medieval attitude towards employees - Employee appearance is more more important than competence - Unsympathetic to difficulties of parents with new born - No flexibility in work time - Ultra bureaucratic processes for all day to day activities and employee relations - Success in company is not linked to delivery of quality engineering - Arbitrary and whimsical evaluation of employees - Evaluations intend to bully and punish employees rather than develop them - Rampant cronyism and appointment of buddies to positions of authority - Opinions are formulated based on slander and hearsay - Vindictive attitude towards departed employees - Lacks gratitude for employees that provided the company turn key results - Small inner circle makes all decisions - Those at bottom are always responsible for outcome irrespective of decision makers

One small disagreement with CEO Friend then Mr and Mrs Friend will hound you till you leave. Then prepare your lawyers for an unnecessary fight that you won’t win. Might be related to why the company legal name has changed 4 times and is now legally owned by Off-Shore legal entity!!
