No work-life balance
The pay is terrible for the amount of work you do. I’ve been at Frito for over 10 years and it is getting progressively worse! More work but not more pay. Three years ago when we were On commission pay it was great. You got paid for what you did the more you sold the more you made! Now we are on a pay for performance scale which doesn’t allow you to make more money. The more you beat your sales plan by the more they increase it in the next few months. Therefore making your upcoming plans unattainable. Which in the performance pay world means you get a terrible paycheck! Im talking some RSR’s are selling 60k in product a week 240k a month and if they don’t make plan which might be 260k they lose money. I’ve heard of $200 and $300 paychecks! The turnover is high and it will continue until they pay accordingly. We drive a commercial vehicle, deliver, stock, order,build displays, build rapport with store managers and grow the business yet the pay is stagnant and the growth is lacking.
