Probably not a good career move

Pros

Company is very stable from a financial perspective so you never have to worry about your checks bouncing, and there is solid work-life balance throughout most of the company.

Cons

Company operates like a company from the 1990's - everyone is in their own silo where they are expected to do the same thing over and over again. There is no room for internal growth, and the company seems to hired externally for management positions. Management makes the big bucks and fat bonuses while the rest of the worker ants get mediocre salaries. The leadership team is pretty much a joke that is best described with bullying, resistance to change and extreme incompetence. Most of them would not last at any other corporate business as actual executives.

Pros

I'm not bad mouthing the entire company. 99% of people here are pretty awesome.

Cons

I can only speak for the IT Dept. Without mentioning names, the 1% is why you don't want to work here. When I was here, one word stands out is micro-management
