      Pros

      * Remote working and mostly asynchronous communication (no days of full meetings) * VC-Backed with an emerging product, it's really quite an exciting time to be involved in Frontastic * A dedicated people team to work on delivering a great people experience - in my experience that's not a common occurrence in other small companies * I get to work with great people from all over the world

      Cons

      * As expected in an early stage start-up there's a lot to do, it's fast-paced and there's lots of challenging work (it's not for everyone) * It can sometimes be hard to build relationships in a remote environment

      Pros

      I've worked for some great companies in the UK, mostly startups that are stable and well established. During the pandemic and while working form home I decided I wanted a change and have been nothing but impressed with the company culture. They really understand remote first and people first.

      Cons

      As a startup(ish) there are occasional days of lots of things happening at once, and often I need to use my initiative rather than be told what to do. Nothing I wouldn't expect from a startup and not even sure I'd personally consider it a con.

      Pros

      * The company truly lives by its values on a daily base * Very nice colleagues who are also great professionals, it's always fun to meet the team or to have a casual chat * Async and written communication makes it possible to have more focus time. We respect each other's time, and days aren't fully packed with meetings. * Flexible and fast-paced environment, which is most likely due to the tech startup nature

      Cons

      The fast-paced environment of a startup could be a con for someone not used to this. I can't think of anything else.
