Pros
- Dynamic and talented group of people who believe in the mission of the company. - The product is top notch and is way ahead of similar competitor products. - The company is gaining great reputation amongst enterprise clients and continues to grow thanks to recently hired leadership with many years of experience.
Cons
- Current product is well established in the SMB/Startup segment, but has more ground to cover in order to build a stronger foothold in the up-market segment. - The company is growing and as more office locations open it becomes challenging to keep everyone aligned. -Young company that has yet to properly define its culture.

Pros
Genuinely autonomous environment where GTM ideas get heard and shipped fast. Leadership is accessible and the founders are deeply involved. The product space (AI agent governance/identity) is timely and the team is sharp and collaborative. Lots of room to own projects end-to-end and see direct impact, which is rare. Strong learning curve if you want it.
Cons
Startup pace means priorities shift quickly, so you need comfort with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats. Processes are still maturing in some areas, which can mean building things from scratch. Not ideal if you prefer a highly structured, slow-and-steady environment.
