      Pros

      The company has a good culture and values that I personally agree with. All of my colleagues and bosses at Frontier are very warm and kind. Throughout my time working, I was given the chance to grow and gain experience. I was also given more responsibility as time passes and this help to further develop my skills and knowledge.

      Cons

      My experience has been good but cross department relationship could be better.

Performance appraisal is conducted every year that involves evaluating employee’s performance and productivity against KPI. Kindly discuss this with your direct superior & HR.
