      Pros

      I joined in early 2022 and the welcoming I received was amazing. The business spends 2 weeks onboarding all staff each month so everyone understands everything from our product to meeting the main leaders in each area. The business goes to great lengths to make sure people are happy and have what they need to be successful. As a remote worker I feel included in key team decisions and I'm able to build strong relationships with the team and wider business.

      Cons

      There are no major drawbacks however I feel for the business to grow successfully it needs to take on new approaches and ideas from its staff.
