      Pros

      Clearly defined goal to change the way web development is done. Challenging environment where you're recognised and rewarded for achievements. Varied, global client base. Autonomy and trust to get on with your job. Flexible working.

      Cons

      Team and process structure changed a number of times. I guess that's down to company evolving though.

      Central location, easy to access the office

      Cons

      - Horrible management team who cannot be trusted. The high turnover of employees is just one consequence of it. - Frosmo has never been profitable since its start in 2009. Relying mainly on Finnish and EU public funding to pay up for its debt. Private investors have left the boat many years ago. No real plans to make the business a success. - Culture of lies and high ego
