Not too much i can think of to be honest

Cons

Attitude of very poor pay, and very limited salary increases with the attitude of "if you don't like the pay then leave and we'll get someone in cheaper to replace you". Very weak management in the UK that doesn't stand up to the Israeli head office. Lots of internal politics and back stabbing

The senior management team have no man management skills and stab each other in the back, have no consideration for customers or employees as long as their bottom line in revenue is achieved

Domineering CEO. Lack of post acqusistion integration. Poor HR. Low respect for employees. Many Yes Men at the top.
