When they interview you they sell you something that later on you realize is not true. They talk about a salary base but it's actually pure commission. They talk about a law of averages that actually doesn't manifests in real life. They don't pay what you really earned. They are always making up excuses about the positive attitude and negatives and about how the field pulls out the weak but, in my opinion, it's actually lies. They just need you to be there to make money for them, but you don't get pay for half the time you actually work. They take advantage of people looking for good opportunities to grow. Also saw that the most successful people in the company were the ones dating their managers (completely unprofessional). Saw a irregularity on my W-2. Saw no benefits at all. The manager keeps until today making up excuses not to pay me. Actually blocked my number from his cellphone. Two of my co-workers went through the same thing. For me, a company based on lies, not honest at all.
