Company is rampant with workplace bullying, this coming as an order from senior management too! Pay is absolutely horrible, the working environment is comparable to being a prisoner, made to feel like a number. Management haven’t a clue, obviously lied to get their jobs “previous management experience” yea right... Team leads have a bad case of big fish small pond syndrome, think they’re untouchable Trying to run the company as this massive multinational when in reality 30 people work there... The “London office” is a virtual one, it’s just an address no office at all DO NOT work there and DO NOT conduct business with them, extremely unprofessional and extremely high employee turnover
