      You are part of a global trading organisation with a 100 year track record in the consumer goods and apparel industry. The business extends into the far reaches of emerging economies like Bangladesh, India, Vietnam etc in sourcing but also serves the household-name companies of the western world we have come to know so well such as Walmart, Target, M&S, Tesco etc. The Asian consumer market is the company's next frontier. Hence the opportunities within the company are plentiful if you are able to grasp them.

      Cons

      Due to its size, it is observable that the company is not as flexible and agile as a smaller company or a startup may be, in terms of execution, management and innovation. Traditionally and historically, people in the company were very stuck in silos with little sharing of culture and information, but this is now in process of changing and improving.
