      Pros

      + flat hierarchy + multiple options to grow as a person + great team-building efforts even for 95% remote work environment + very enthusiastic people + steep learning curve

      Cons

      - it's not a 9 to 5, but workload was very manageable even with 2 kids - a state of constant flux might not suit some people

      Learn new things everyday, great sharing ideas with others, sky is the limit attitude, meritocracy, super interesting work, challenging math problems, interact with clients and owners almost everyday

      Cons

      The work is hard- really have to think; hours can be long but also there's flexibility, bus stop is right-outside office, but 15 minute walk to subway

      Pros

      the daily touc base system works really well for new employees, who are able to receive as much as help and guidance from both project manager and tech coach. All team members are very supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      because of covid, can't meet the team in person. It is a bit inefficiently to learn from virtual trainning.
