      Slightly better than signing on the dole.

      Cons

      MD at the time (since retired) was a bully. Offered absolutely no support in terms of training. Inappropriate behaviour towards staff foul language in the office and aggressive when challenged. Worst leader I have ever experienced and all his staff were scared of him - one of which (apparently a lifelong friend) would constantly badmouth him behind his bad. Toxic old school misogynistic culture, hope things have progressed now that embarrassment has left.

      Friendly colleagues and good atmosphere, good location, Westfield Health cover, Fusion benefits, good reputation within industry, Staff welfare & H&S is number one priority. Part of the AVK Group.

      Cons

      Would benefit from more investment.
