      Pros

      The employees working in the manufacturing, design and print departments produce excellent work, even while meeting the harsh demands of incompetent sales people, including the owners.

      Cons

      The owners, dave and lorn, are dishonest, lazy and simply do not care about their employees other than their sales staff. They are extremely unprofessional. Extremely disorganized. No training in all departments. Too many mistakes made because of that. Unfair practices. Employees, even experienced veterans, are paid the lowest legal wage and forced to work extreme deadlines while discouraging overtime. Promises are made of worker reviews, perks and fair wages but they are ultimately ignored.

      Flexible schedule for students or persons trying to learn certain aspects of the signage industry Entry level positions to work side by side with knowledgable staff Traveling options (multiple divisions) Hands on

      Poor managment. No accountability, Dishonest to employees, clients, vendors Unreliable No training given to employees.

      Cons

      Management-department Leaders need to get schooled. No morals, they look the other way when problems arise. No accountability, looking to put it on others. Bitter and resentful types of self centers individuals. Don't get on there bad side. No skills to solve interior issues. One person in particular has deep seeded anger issues, quiet, boastful, rude, undermining. He's always boasting about how smart he is while using company equipment and materials while on the clock. Even in the midst of production he or others will need to print stuff. Rude!
