Do not trust the management to think you are a human being
Pros
Initially there was great flexibility and hybrid working but the trust they make you believe they have in you and vice versa you is taken advantage of. So no pro's in the end. The old Future Factory with Dan and Alex was a real family culture and a team effort but now since collaborating with Ingenuity, it is all about the management, false hopes and lies and no clear guide line of it's future for it's employees alongside Ingenuity.
Cons
Complete lack of any sort of management, direction or action plan. I dealt with several senior members and top managers during my time with Future Factory and Ingenuity, and none of them ever came up with a proper induction plan, training plan, transition plan or even job description for me, regardless of the fact I had asked and questioned this on several occasions.
