I had 2 interviews. Both seemed very rushed and un polished. There was not allotted time given for candidates to ask questions. Both interviews were 30 minutes of their interview... they did not schedule extra time and Both had meetings lined up immediately after my interview. At the end of Both I was told the job was already narrowed to an individual but they were still looking at interviewing more candidates. Compensation and benefits was never brought up.

Pretty much management never had our back. Set-up for failure from the beginning. Ask the legal department about the pretty face that assigned to manage the account. She had her own issues and thought she was the Cat's meow and in the end a newbie out of college that thought pretty looks can get her up the corporate ladder. I believe she is flinging steaks somewhere in DC. Looks like she got what she asked for. Back to the subject. The team reported to an incompetent lead at the defense contractor. The job stunk and it was constant deployment of laptop or desktop upgrades to the defense company on a rolling upgrade schedule. The clientele were just a bunch of mediocre spoiled DOD workers and majority were incompetent and ignorant. Had to cater to demands outside the scope of support. Literally told by the onsite lead we could not take any time off or sick days based on the schedule and number of deployments to complete. Thank God I departed this place and moved onto something better. They tried to provide temporary help and they were horrible. The lower bottom of the IT totem pole. One guy didn't know how to start up a computer let alone can't follow steps ABC and the other was ex-military with PTSD that made the work environment hostile. It was sad just sad.
