Being a Market Analyst is one of the most demanding, yet rewarding professions as there is a lot at stake. Hence, good stress-management and the ability to deal with pressure is a valued quality in financial markets. To assist our teams, we put a lot of focus and resources training our people about stress management, how to make it constructive, and how to shine in a fast-paced environment. We also organize healthy activities such as yoga sessions. Moreover, each of our managers goes through different levels of training in order to ensure he/she is the right person both culturally, and professionally. Over the years, they proved themselves as true leaders who are motivated to share their experience, teach their skills and mentor others.
Indeed, this profession tends to be individualistic in nature and requires minimum team work. However, we organize different gatherings along the year such as team sports, travel events and all types of get-togethers.
The experience our team gains enables them to grow financially and intellectually but is specific to financial derivatives markets. We believe that the learning never ends, and is just a part of our day-to-day. We acknowledge that much of the knowledge is not transferable to other markets or professions and we stay transparent about the nature of our activity during our hiring process. Furthermore, we make sure to raise red flags to low-performing team members in order to give them the space and time to change orientation and/or professional path if needed.
