Pros

1. If you starting your career or having 5-6 yrs of exp, working in an organization will make you learn a lot. 2 Being IITs driven and managed, one can get a different perspective of corporate working culture, far from orthodox. 3. As the organization is small, one will always remain close to the top and middle management and can learn the e2e of product development and implementation. 4. Equal opportunities are given for hands-on technology of your interest.

Cons

1. Few projects on Data Science and more on Data engineering and UI.

Pros

Fast growing company! Both the technical and leadership teams are highly professional and extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. The FastINDX launch has transformed Fuzzy Logix into an exciting Fin-Tech company in a high growth industry.

Cons

Being a startup, folks in this company are challenged to wear multiple hats to fill in the need wherever it may be.
