Any high rated review you'll see for Fuzzy is either fake or it was asked to be written because they're having trouble hiring people.
Pay rate is a joke! Not not only do they not pay you enough, they don't pay you on time and it's usually the incorrect amount. They make promises of bonuses and promotions and have no follow through. Some teams work tons of hours into overtime and get no recognition or compensation. These are NOT your typical start up growing pains.
They pretend that they're transparent, but it's really just an excuse to act however they want and get away with bad behavior. They throw each other under the bus when they don't get their way, and there's no constructive criticism, just negative reinforcement. Not to mention inappropriate flirting. Constantly. It's a terrible working environment.
Don't be fooled by their cute puppies and kittens and the promise to help animals in need. There are other companies in the same industry doing so much more.
tl;dr: Don't work at Fuzzy, it's awful.
