      Good support from the managers Nice events and teambuilding sessions

      Cons

      Salary is not as competitive as other Consulting companies and heavily dependant on the Client Contract clauses with a "fine" if leaving the company under a period of time for training courses

      They have an amazing recruitment team that treat you like a family. The managment method that they use is great as well is like a football team.

      Cons

      i don't know if is a cons but the only that i could say if that is a consultant company and the payment won't be as much as a big company but they are growing so fast.
