- I genuinely loved working here because of my teammates in the Employee Success team and my managers. I learnt so much and felt so supported! - The work I managed was different every day and I felt very trusted and empowered to do my role. - The Total Rewards package was like non-other I'd seen before and I felt like G2 really recognised its employees for their hard work - There were plenty of opportunities to innovate and get creative. I love that our team meetings often started with a short guided meditation session by our CPO. - I was given a mentor throughout my time here, who made the world of difference in my experience at G2 and I'm so grateful - The EMEA team had some great socials and our EA& Office Manager did an amazing job at creating a fun workplace environment

Cons

- My Employee Success team was mainly based in Chicago HQ, so I felt disconnected socially - I would've liked more training opportunities within key areas of my role
