Cons:
Management and HR: The HR team is unresponsive and neglects employee concerns. An HR person was promoted to CEO, and his primary focus is on employees applying for leaves, not on the company's revenue.
Leave Policies: They offer 12 leaves but never let you take them, nor do they encash them.
Mental Health: If you care about your mental health, avoid this company. They are mere puppets to their clients, making you work on weekends and holidays without standing up for you.
Appraisal and Recognition: They host award shows to boast about their profits but delay appraisals for 3-4 months and eventually claim the market is down, so appraisals aren't possible.
Resignation: If you resign, they demand a positive Glassdoor review before issuing your exit documents, so the existing reviews are fake and forced. If a client leaves, you're asked to leave within 10-15 days, but if you resign, they ensure you serve a torturous 3-month notice period.
Salary Structure: The salary structure is so poor that you have little money left after deductions. They even deduct a security amount every month, regardless of your tenure.
Recommendation:
I suggest Glassdoor implement a negative rating option for such companies to protect the future of other good engineers.
